Sean FitzGerald was a Partner with Hayden & FitzGerald and concentrated his practice on criminal defense, negligence and personal injury cases arising mainly from motor vehicle accidents.  He also served as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.

Prior to joining Hayden & FitzGerald, Mr. FitzGerald worked with both Progressive Insurance and Cincinnati Insurance. Mr. FitzGerald uses the knowledge and the perspective gained from his previous work experience for the benefit of his clients.  Mr.  FitzGerald understands the inner workings of the insurance industry and that knowledge places him in a superior position to negotiate fair settlements for his clients. However, if Mr. FitzGerald is unable to reach a settlement he is ready to take the insurance companies to court where necessary.

Attorney FitzGerald has other previous work experience that has been helpful to his clients. Before Mr. FitzGerald worked for the insurance companies he started and ran his own business for approximately seven and a half years. In fact he has started four different companies giving him an insider’s knowledge in small business start ups.

Mr. FitzGerald has experience in family law, employment law, and criminal law as well. 

Mr. FitzGerald received a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati. He then attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Mr. FitzGerald is licensed to practice law in state courts throughout Kentucky as well as the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
